By accessing or using AISeen.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
AISeen.ai provides AI brand visibility auditing, content generation, and monitoring services. The Service queries third-party AI engines (including Perplexity AI and Google Gemini) to analyze how your brand appears in AI-generated answers and provides recommendations to improve your visibility.
AISeen.ai offers subscription plans billed monthly. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) audit brands you do not own or have authorization to audit; (b) generate misleading or harmful content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AISeen.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you generate using our Service belongs to you, subject to your compliance with these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AISeen.ai, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We process your data to provide the Service and improve our offerings.
AISeen.ai integrates with third-party AI services including Perplexity AI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude. Your use of these services through AISeen.ai is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AISeen.ai does not guarantee that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI visibility scores are 100% accurate; (c) implementing our recommendations will achieve specific results. AI search engine behavior changes frequently and results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISeen.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
