When you use AISeen.ai, we send brand names, categories, and queries to third-party AI services (Perplexity AI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis. These services may process this data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies at perplexity.ai, ai.google.dev, and anthropic.com.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Audit results and generated content are stored in your account. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit results and content are retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@aiseen.ai.
We share your data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the Service (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel); (b) AI providers to generate audit results (Perplexity, Google, Anthropic); (c) when required by law. We never sell your personal data.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@aiseen.ai.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our Service. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though this may affect Service functionality.
AISeen.ai is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@aiseen.ai.
